Insight — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Insight is a personal self-analysis app made by Frank Barrett. It gathers a number of signals about your daily behavior and combines them into a daily ranking measured against your own goals (for example: sobriety, movement, productivity, eating, strength, and saving). This policy explains what data the app uses, why, where it goes, and the choices you have.

How your data is used

Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Where your data is stored and who processes it

Insight is a single-user personal app; data is associated with you, the operator, and is not aggregated with or shared between other users.
